Poisonous Targets - Rea & Wong Hoy Cheong 4A
Poisonous Targets: Rea & Wong Hoy Cheong is the catalogue accompanying a two person exhibition by Wong Hoy Cheong and Rea. Curated by Melissa Chiu in 2000 it was the opening exhibition of the new gallery (then called the Asia-Australia Arts Centre) on Hay Street Sydney. This pairing of artists, a Malaysian-Chinese and Aboriginal artist sought to provoke a layered, regional conversation around expressions of identity and multiculturalism.
This publication includes texts by Daniel Mudie Cunningham and Sumit Mandal.
